Signing up and using the service
You can sign up after you arrive in Japan, but signing up in advance will let you start using the service as soon as you arrive at the airport!
Advance sign-up is especially recommended for those traveling to Tokyo, as you can connect to Wi-Fi on the Narita Express train while traveling from the airport to the city center. (Registration is unavailable while on Narita Express.)

●If you have “Wi2 Connect” installed and set up you can start using it immediately.
If you do not have “Wi2 Connect” installed and set up, please connect manually.

(1)Wi-Fi settings
Set up SSID/network key (*) with the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
The following SSID’s are available. (Encryption methods shown in parenthesis)
“Wi2” (unencrypted), “Wi2premium” (unencrypted), “wifi_square” (unencrypted), “Wi2_club” (WPA2), “Wi2premium_club” (WPA2), “mobilepoint” (WEP), “UQ_Wi-Fi” (WEP)
(*) The network key will be shown on the last page of the sign-up procedure.
(2)Make sure you have wireless connection.

(3)Open your Internet browser and enter your ID and password.
 *Add “@wi2” at the end of your ID if you are logging in using a “Softbank mobilepoint” or “UQ_Wi-Fi” SSID.
 Your login ID will look like: ********@wi2

(4)You can start using the Internet if the connection completion page is displayed.

Q. What kind of procedures are required to use this service?
A. Please sign up before leaving for Japan and acquire an ID.

Q. What are the conditions for signing up for the 1-Day Free Pass and Discount Passes?
A. If you have a valid Visa card (issued outside of Japan and is valid at the time of sign-up) you are eligible for this campaign. Once you take advantage of the 1-Day Free Pass, you cannot use the 1-Day Free Pass for the next 180 days, but Discount Passes can be used as many times as you like during the campaign period. Please sign up from this Campaign Page.

Q. What are the fees?
A. If you sign up for the 1-Day Free Pass you can use the service without charge for 24 hours from the first log-in time. After 24 hours, you can sign up for the 3-Day or 1-Week Passes at special discount prices (3-Day: 1,200 yen / 1-Week: 1,600 yen).

Q. Can I purchase 3-Day or 1-Week Passes at discount prices without signing up for the 1-Day Free Pass?
A. You can only purchase 3-Day or 1-Week Passes at discount prices after using the 1-Day Free Pass. Please sign up for the Discount Passes after the 1-Day Free Pass has expired.

Q. I used the 1-Day Free Pass when I came to Japan 2 months ago. Can I use it again?
